Sample prescriptions
Each sample is a genuine ScanSureX document from the sandbox issuer “Dr Sandbox Example”. Post it to /prescriptions/verify/upload with a sandbox key, or drop it in the box on the right.
Valid — emailed PDF valid-email
The PDF a patient receives by email; its QR carries a collection token, which counts as consent.
Valid — portal download valid-portal
The PDF downloaded from the patient or doctor portal; verification-only QR token.
Valid — phone photo valid-photo
A PNG render of the portal PDF, like a photo of the paper. Genuine, but the file itself is not proven.
Expired expired
A genuine prescription past its validity.
Cancelled by doctor cancelled
A genuine prescription the doctor withdrew.
Tampered tampered
Genuine QR, altered text layer — DOCUMENT_ALTERED.
